Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your fun and shiny bling. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to ringtastica@gmail.com and we can work out a return or refund plan for you.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges cannot be made for the custom pet keychains. I can, however, come up with other means to make things right. As always, please reach out via email.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund within 5-7 days.

If you wish to, instead, exchange for another product, we can discuss through email to get that handled for you ASAP.
